An adaptive reuse project involving renovation of the interior spaces and reconfiguration of the main entrance of a two story, approximately 12,500 sf senior living facility into a collection of classrooms for seniors, art studios for rent and multi-purpose rooms available for community events. It will also house the administrative offices for the Creative Aging Network, providing them a consolidated location for the planning and implementation of their outreach programs.
